What is the Fastest Way To Do Back Linking?
This is the task I must do on a regular basis:

- Create 80 accounts
- submit 38 articles to web 2.0 site and article directories
- submit a video to 10 video sites
- submit all those links to 23 bookmarking sites
- submit all the rss urls to 20 rss sites

But thought I would go with your suggestions first.

I want to do this in the least amount of time.
How much time do you estimate I can get this done in?
