there is question bumping my head,
is website cloning legal ?
if yes , why ?

if no , what if some one clone the design of the website , changed the color , and all the content ? means he clones "the parts cutting of the website"

Website cloning is when your website is duplicated and set up on a completely different domain name.Search engine may rank one of them and drop other sites if all have same content. Better have different content even though it's relevant.

website cloning : now a days life is very competitious to survive that we have to copy the content of one site to other site. it is called cloning.
